Open Netscape mail and right click the local mail folder and select mail server properties from the drop down box.
Enter the name of your mail server (internetsolutionsetc.com) and your username. Only check the save password box if you know you are the only person who uses your computer and you do not want to type your password every time you check your email.
In the general tab don't select anything. Click ok and that's it.
